Sharepod Support

My iPod is appearing and then disappearing in Sharepod. How can I get it to stay connected?

First, make sure your iPod is appearing in iTunes. If it is in iTunes, please check the box to "Enable Disk Use" on the Summary tab for your iPod and check Sharepod again.
