Have followed all your instructions and suggestions and Sharepod still asks me to connect my IPhone or Ipod even though my device (IPhone 6plus) is showing up on ITunes!! This is driving me nuts and I paid for the full version. Feel ripped off!
If your device is appearing in iTunes, and it’s connected with its USB cable, then it should also be appearing in Sharepod since it uses the iTunes interface to connect with a device and piggy backs the iTunes connection so to speak. Since you say it’s still not appearing in Sharepod despite it showing in iTunes via USB cable, there must be some sort of error message that you are maybe missing that is preventing a successful connection in iTunes (sometimes a device will connect in iTunes but will show a critical error), so please just try restarting your computer and try again and wait to see if any error messages come up about your device.
If you are receiving a DLL error please refer to this support article: Unable to start the iPhone listener process is appearing. How do I fix this?
If you are certain that no error messages are coming up about your device, please submit a support ticket here.
